How long does it take to make my order?

We process orders for 4–5 days. After that, we’ll ship your order right away via J&T Express

Delivery Time:
• Visayas: 1–3 days • Luzon & Mindanao: 5–7 days

How does payment work?

Since each piece is custom-made, we require full payment upfront before we start production. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll proceed with engraving your order.

Is there a word limit?

There’s no fixed limit for your message, as long as it fits well on the frame. Keep in mind that smaller sizes have a smaller engraving area, while larger sizes give more space for longer text.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For the clearest and most detailed engraving on your Piraso frame, we recommend uploading a photo that is clear, well-lit, and not blurry. A rectangular photo is also preferred, since it usually fits the frame layout better.
