Thank you for shopping with Piraso. Since our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Personalized Products

Piraso creates customized laser-engraved wooden frames based on the photo, name, message, and other details submitted by the customer.

Because each order is made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once production has started.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request changes or cancellations only if the production process has not yet started.


Once the order has entered production, including photo editing, layout preparation, engraving, varnishing, or packing, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:

- Customer provided incorrect details, such as wrong name, date, message, or spelling
- Customer submitted a low-quality, blurry, dark, cropped, or unclear photo
- Customer changed their mind after production has started
- Natural wood grain, color, texture, or engraving variations
- Courier delays after the order has been handed over for delivery
- Failed delivery due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Customer was unavailable during delivery attempts

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We may offer a replacement or correction if the item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed order details due to our mistake.

To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order and provide the following:

- Order number or customer name
- Clear photos or videos of the item received
- Clear photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during delivery
- A short explanation of the issue

Requests submitted without clear proof may not be approved.

5. Replacement Process

If your replacement request is approved, Piraso may repair, remake, or replace the affected item depending on the issue.

Replacement processing time may vary depending on the type of product, availability of materials, and production schedule.

6. Refund Approval

Refunds are only approved in special cases where replacement or correction is not possible.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment channel. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may not be refundable once the order has already been shipped.

If the issue was caused by Piraso, we may shoulder the shipping cost for the approved replacement.
