1. About Our Products
Piraso creates personalized laser-engraved wooden frames made to preserve meaningful memories as lasting keepsakes.
Since our products are made from real wood, natural differences in wood grain, color, texture, and engraving depth may appear. These natural variations make each piece unique and should not be considered defects.
2. Custom Orders
All Piraso products are customized based on the photo, text, name, message, or other details submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for making sure that all submitted details are correct before placing an order, including names, spelling, dates, messages, photo selection, and other personalization details.
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
3. Photo Quality
The final engraving result depends on the quality of the photo submitted by the customer. Clear, well-lit, and high-resolution photos are recommended for the best result.
If the photo is blurry, dark, cropped, low-resolution, or unclear, the final engraving may also be affected. Piraso may enhance or adjust the photo when needed, but we cannot guarantee perfect results if the original photo quality is poor.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in Philippine Peso unless stated otherwise.
Orders must be paid through the available payment methods on our website. An order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
Piraso reserves the right to change product prices, promos, or offers without prior notice. However, confirmed and paid orders will follow the price at the time of purchase.
5. Processing Time
Our standard processing time is around 5 days, excluding delivery time. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, courier delays, or if there are issues with the submitted photo or order details.
We always do our best to complete and ship orders as soon as possible while maintaining quality.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery time depends on the courier and the customer’s location. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are already under the courier’s handling.
Piraso is not responsible for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers with tracking information when available.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations only if production has not yet started.
Since our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once the engraving or production process has started.
8. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds and replacements are subject to our Refund Policy.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item received.
9. Customer-Submitted Content
By submitting photos, names, messages, or other details to Piraso, the customer confirms that they have the right or permission to use the submitted content.
Piraso is not responsible for any claims related to photos, text, or materials submitted by the customer.
10. Social Media Posting
Piraso may post finished products, customer photos, or order samples on our social media pages for portfolio and marketing purposes only when permission is given by the customer or when the order form includes consent.
